Refund policy

Overview
This policy outlines how The 3D Printiverse (trading name of Excalibur Sports Ltd) handles returns, replacements, and refunds. It complements our Terms of Trade and is meant to ensure fairness for both Buyer and Vendor.

Faulty or Defective Goods
If the Buyer believes any good is faulty or of defective manufacture, the Buyer must notify the Vendor in writing, stating the nature of the fault and quoting the relevant invoice number. This notification must occur within five calendar days of receipt of the goods. The Buyer should include clear photographs of the defect or damage. Upon receiving the notification, the Vendor will examine the goods. If the goods are found to be defective, the Vendor will at its discretion replace the item(s).

Non-Delivery, Shortage or Transit Damage
If the Buyer notices a shortage or damage in transit, or non-delivery, they must inform the Vendor in writing within five calendar days from receipt (for damage or shortage) or fourteen days from the dispatch date (for non-delivery). Claims must include sufficient detail to allow the Vendor or carrier to investigate.

Returns of Goods That Are Not Faulty
The 3D Printiverse does not accept returns or give credit for goods that are not defective, meaning goods supplied correctly per the order and without fault. “Sale or Return” arrangements are not available.

Cost of Returns
If goods are confirmed defective and require return, transport or shipping charges for return will generally be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. If after examination the goods are found not to be defective, the Vendor will return them to the Buyer, and the Buyer will be responsible for any related costs.

Replacement and Credit
When defective goods are confirmed under these procedures, The 3D Printiverse may replace them or issue a credit. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Time Frames & Requirements
All claims concerning defects, damage, or non-delivery must be in writing and submitted within the specified periods (five days for damage and defects or fourteen days for non-delivery) without exception. Photographic evidence is required in the case of damage or defect. The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Credit
Where a replacement is not feasible, The 3D Printiverse may issue a credit to the Buyer’s account. Credits will not include shipping unless it is agreed in writing that The 3D Printiverse will cover return shipping due to their error.

Buyer Obligations
The Buyer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt. The Buyer must provide all required information for a claim including invoice number, description of defect, and photographs. The Buyer must comply with any written procedure provided by the Vendor for returns.

The 3D Printiverse Discretion & Limitations
The 3D Printiverse reserves the right to decline a return or credit if the Buyer fails to follow the return procedure, misses the deadlines, or fails to provide sufficient evidence. The 3D Printiverse makes no warranty for non-quality issues such as changes in specification, colour, or minor deviations beyond those stated in Specifications.
